I am 100% serious. Be explicit. What, other than being a Latino, marks someone as an illegal alien. Is it a type of shoe or hat? Is it that they drive Chevys made in Mexico instead of Fords made in Mexico?
What non - racial features are reasonable indicators that someone is illegal? How can you spot a potential illegal alien in Arizona, other than race?
SOmeone who doesnt speak a word of english, wont be willing to show id, doesnt work at a logistic firm/place, and has no basic education .How can you spot a potential illegal alien in Arizona, other than race?
A guy who cannot speak basic English is a prime suspect.
The AZ law is nonsensical in nature because you can't spot an illegal based on your " Suspicion " and If that is the logic that suspicion will say all the brown skin people are illegalHow can you spot a potential illegal alien in Arizona, other than race?
Toucan Sam says, "follow your nose"
One clue might be that they work under the table. Other than that -- I don't know. How can you spot a potential illegal alien in Arizona, other than race?
It doesn't matter because you can't be stopped just for "looking like an illegal." Read the bill.
It's called...being pulled over in a traffic stop and not having any sort of valid ID.
Then the cop looks a little further....
I hear shifty eyes and a TV under their arm is an indicator, plus speaking French of course
they are carrying trash bags of all their belongings through the desert...
Can't speak a word of English, and hangs out in front of Home Depot looking for a day job all day. They even dress notably different.
If they get pulled over for running a red light and they don't have any documents to prove they live in the US, then they are prolly here illegally.
Illegals tend to loiter in groups in abandoned or sparsely populated areas to avoid being noticed.
If you see about 10 latinos in a group in the shadow of a building, they're either gang members or illegals. Both of which are illegal.
They're not looking to "spot them". If you'd take the time to read the legislation, you'd know that it provides for, upon meeting conditions of reasonable suspicion, they are obligated to check AFTER detaining or stopping the person(s) for a totally separate infraction.
THEY CAN CHECK AFTER STOPPING SOMEONE FOR A SEPARATE INFRACTION.
How about the fact that they have no form of ID, SS card, birth certificate, green card, or passport. They can only be asked for ID if they have been suspected of braking the law or a traffic violation. A Latino woman cannot be asked for ID just because she is walking down the street, despite what Washington wants you to believe
Read the law people: http://www.azleg.gov/legtext/49leg/2r/bi鈥?/a>
How about trying this: hold up three fingers downtown at a group of "suspected illegal immigrants", coincidentally having brown skin, and watch three "come a runnin'"? Illegal means not legal; race does not mean "illegal" but, "explicitly", I have never seen an "illegal Canadian" act this way... or have brown skin. Does this disparate logic also mean that if you spray paint a duck white, it will not go "quack"? If there were 12 million undocumented white Canadians in this country, this would also be a "problem"...
There is no other way.
A white tall blonde with an accent might be an illegal immigrant or a trophy wife of rich American dude. A dark guy with accent might be a tourist, a business traveler or an illegal immigrant.
Being in USA and not being a citizen is not illegal. You can be a tourist; you can be a student or a legal immigrant 鈥揼reen card holder, but not a citizen.
It鈥檚 a slippery slope. BTW not all countries citizens even need a visa when entering USA.
easy, people that barely speak english, and or with a major accent.. i see possible illegal people all the time, its easy im sure for the cops and i (Swedish) would not mind to be stopped by police and asked for id, its for "all are safety"
don't speak english
