Ford and chevy people?

I hear that chevys have a better engine, transmission and overall appearance than the fords? What do yall think?Ford and chevy people?
I am not a fan of American cars, but I do think that Chevy is the best American brand.



I have driven all Fords and Chevy's except for the Corvette Z06 and Ford GT supercars.

I prefer Chevy.



The Chevy Siverado has been named best pick up truck the last 5 years in a row.



The Chevy Malibu beat the Toyota Camry in a comparison test, but not the Honda Accord or Nissan Altima. (www.edmunds.com)

WELL I hope I dont jinx myself but we have a Ford focus 3 years old, absulutly no problems and got a Ford truck f150 2 yrs old,, 2 months ago so far so good. *mamatxFord and chevy people?
Well, we're owned a bunch of GM products over the years and only one Ford and we don't own the Ford anymore! My husband and I were both rural mail carriers, he was a regular and I was a sub. Needless to say, these vehicles got worked HARD! The Ford couldn't take it. Never had an engine failure, drive train problem, transmission problem with the GM vehicles. Can't say that about the Ford - 2 transmission problems in 32,000 mi.



Maintenance is the key regardless of what brand you buy! Just some vehicles appreciate it more! :)
