When Clinton cut taxes to the middle class, it jumpstarted the economy and created 8 years of record growth!!!!!

Do you have anything to back up that statement? GW Bush, although I disagreed with other things he did, cut taxes across the board, and the middle class benefited the most from those tax cuts. Reagan also cut taxes. Tax cuts always help the middle class the most, because the poor pay little or no income tax, and the rich are rich already, and will stay rich regardless of whether or not taxes are cut. Most Republican Presidents have been for tax cuts, most Democrats have been for raising taxes. Check your history, it's all there.Why do Republicans hate the middle class?

So, are you saying that the Republicans have increased the tax for the middle class? It is your president who is going to let the Bush tax-cuts expire at the end of this year. This is going to put all tax payers in a higher tax bracket. I dread having to do my taxes next year because I will have to pay more. I make in the 40,000 range a year. Do you consider me one of the rich bastard republicans?

Neither Democrats nor Republicans have done ANYTHING to address the fact that Americans PRODUCE less and less, while consuming more than they actually earn. (Your precious Clinton signed NAFTA into law.........did that help the middle class?? NO) You can't expect to build a robust economy on consumption, service jobs, and debt for generations to come.
I don't hate the middle class but, you answered your own question. Shopping at Wal-mart is not a good thing for our country. Wal-Mart has ruined this country. They exploit their employees by paying them lousy wages, have forced small business' out, I could go on and on about why it is Anti- American to shop at Wal-Mart but it wouldn't do any good, people are still going to do it.
You are a contradiction all by your self. You mention the Clinton tax cuts. Funny that it is Congress who makes the proposals and it is the President who signs or vetoes. The Republicans lead Congress at the time and Clinton brought government to a standstill with his initial refusals to sign. I was in the military at the time, we were all told we would not be granted out pay checks and all "non-essential" civilian employees were sent home "until further notice." Clinton eventually signed the bill and in the end, left office with a "balanced budget" that the Dem.s have forever since toted as being one of THEIR great accomplishments. Sort of reminds me of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. That was another one of THOSE moments when it was the Dem.s who were refusing and the Republicans who authored, sponsored and pushed until the bill was signed into law.



All the while the Republicans are pushing to lower taxes (across the board -- including for the middle class), it's Pelosy and Obama who insist we RAISE taxes.



And so when you ask such incredibly ignorant questions, I can only shake my head in utter amazement, wondering what they are teaching you kids in school these days and then realize that it's a lost cause and that I should just say "Thank you." Thank you for making me feel so much more Intelligent, thank you for reminding me yet again why I'm the boss and folks like you are the minimum wage employees. And, thank you for the two points.
They don`t, they hate the youth.
They don't hate the Middle Class, they just believe that Business is more important than the individual. That if you're not rich, you are somehow lazy and stupid.
