What advantages does a chevy have over ford, Toyota, Dodge etc.?

Chevys suck and are inferior. The only car worth anything in it's lineup is the Vette. How does a company get the audacity to make 1 truck and put three different names on it?What advantages does a chevy have over ford, Toyota, Dodge etc.?
The Chevy Silverado was chosen best truck of the year for as long as I remember.



Every magazine, and car tv show that compare Chevy with Ford or Dodge trucks say that Chevy Silverado is the best truck.



I am not a fan of American cars, but I have driven almost all of them because of my prevoius jobs.

I prefer the way Chevy drives and the way it feels and looks.
If you want a truck that you don't plan to trade in 5 years go with toyota or nissan. Can handle anything you throw at them and won't spend much time if any in the shop. If you are towing or are thinking diesel go with Ford or Chevy. Chevy is an Isuzu engine and Ford, I think, is still international. They both make great diesel engines. I drive a toyota and in two years only in the shop for oil changes.What advantages does a chevy have over ford, Toyota, Dodge etc.?
They have allot of hype and plastic. The mechanics love them, as they produce a lot of income from them.

So if you want something to spend a lot of money on they are just the ticket for you.

Special parts to keep up with stock Fords. The need for special alignment parts because the suspension has over taxed the frame.

There also a lot of parts to dress it up to look good.

In short the Chevy has a lot more aftermarket support (because they need it).
Well as far as trucks go the Chevy line is currently tops, but that may change in the fall when the new Rams and F-150 debut. The Tundra is a good truck, but not "the best" yet.



As far as their cars in general GM is far ahead of the other domestics toward making great cars. As far as cars go there is the Malibu, G8, Astra, Corvette and CTS. All of those are great cars and stack up(if not beat) to their competitors. Hell the G8 GT is almost faster than the SRT-8 Chargers and that's before they drop the Corvette engine in it.



As far as SUVs go I'm not big on them, but I love the Escalade. The rest of their SUVs look good too. The Navigator does have a better interior, but it looks like *** on the outside.What advantages does a chevy have over ford, Toyota, Dodge etc.?
They aren't "as" bankrupt as ford yet :-D
