I dont think so. Penske did buy out ex-GM brand Saturn, BUT he's also the 2nd largest car dealership in the US and sells Toyotas. All the rumors of Penske switching manufacturers point to him going to Toyota. Brad Kesolowski is rumored to take over the 12 ride from Stremme, but no manufacturer change has been mentioned.
