Compared to similar cars, are Nissan Sentras fairly cheap to fix?

I'm thinking about getting a 2007 Nissan Sentra S with a continuously variable transmission. Are Sentras expensive or cheap when it comes to parts and repairs?

Sure they are cheap to fix. But you will be constantly fixing the car so no it is not cheap to own a Sentra.
