I own a shop, and its probably a metric bolt. Remove one of the others, and take it with you to a hardware store that sells metric bolts. You may find (like many) it is a standard (American) thread, but uses a metric wrench to turn it with. Just guessing I would say its a 3/8-16 x about 1-1%26amp; 1/4 inches long. Most stores have thread gages that you can use to determine the correct size. 3/8 - 16 means its 3/8" in diameter, and has 16 threads per. inch. Its also probably a Hex Head Bolt, and takes either a 9/16" or 14 mm. wrench to turn it with. You must measure the diameter, then the threads per inch, and finally the length of the area from the end of the threads to the under side of the head. You could go to most any repair shop, and they would give you one for free.
