How effective is the "Club" in protectng my vehicle?

In my area right now Chevys are being targeted. I bought the Club, but how effective is it really? What else can I do? My friend had her Tahoe stolen with an ALARM on it! Somehow the thieves bypassed it! (It was an after market alarm!)How effective is the "Club" in protectng my vehicle?
club is junk if you cant afford an alarm then just pull the ecm fuse when you park it or the coil wire or fuel pump relay if a theif cant start it they dont diagnose what is wrong to steal itHow effective is the "Club" in protectng my vehicle?
Its better then a alarm . Do you pay any heed to an alarm. ??
The Club will not stop them. My sister had her car stolen twice and the she had the Club.

Nothing will stop a car thief. But if you can slow them down, you may get to keep your car.

As you know, alarms do not stop them either. How many times have you heard a car alarm your self?

Having a way to disable the fuel system that only you know about will slow them down. They do not know where your device is. But they can also tow it away.How effective is the "Club" in protectng my vehicle?
One cut with bolt cutters through your steering wheel and the club is off.

Put a remote starter switch under the dash :

You will have to switch it to start, otherwise it will just do nothing
if they want it they gonna get it no matter what u do The sheriff dept here gave away clubs to people who had a high thief auto . The pros can get buy a club. Anything you can do to deter the thief the better you will be If you are going to steel something you want it easy an fast the club slows down an makes it harder

Its been said a lock just keeps a honest person honest

Look at a jail its made to keep people in not out so you can break in easy but braking out is a lot harder

I used to work at an auto-auction and we received a lot of repo cars with alarms. Most vehicle alarms can easily be bypassed and without an ignition kill they are useless except to make noise. The club is even easier because steering wheels are designed to be soft enough to not injure you too badly if you hit your face on it in an accident so a hacksaw can cut the parts of the steering wheel needed in a matter of less then 2-3 minutes. The floor club can be cut with a dremel in less then 15 minutes. There are new car alarms that allow you to record a recorded message instead of a siren that most people ignore anyway, people are a lot more likely to respond to a call for help by a person then a car alarm and the thieves know this. Also keep all of your valuables out of your car including any electronic devices because if a thief can't steal your car he will steal anything in the car.
