94 SL2 saturn head sounds like its ticking really bad, what is this likly to be, Only done old chevys?

the problem gets worse as oil heats up and thins, I'm wondering is collasped lifter, broke rocker, or pushrod is to blame? I've never worked on a newer car just old chevy small and big blocks... any thoughs? how complicated is a head removal and replace on one of these 94 saturn SL2 thanks..94 SL2 saturn head sounds like its ticking really bad, what is this likly to be, Only done old chevys?

worn rocker arms due to lack of oil. R%26amp;R is a piece of cake, make sure cam timing is right
That is an OHC engine and does not have pushrods, it might might a rocker arm in need of valve lash adjustment. Occasionally the fuel injector get very noisy as well. They make a sound in that same area.
