As a Chevy guy I respect fords but I still make fun of them because I am required to because I'm a Chevy guy. I think its in the contract when you buy the car.
Hondas on the other hand are just fun to point and snicker at because kids think they are fast. Sure after 20K in engine mods they are fast but with 20k in engine mods on a chevy or ford I will do wheelies.Why do people that drive Chevys and Honda dont like Ford??

i drive a ford and im not fond of them lol,
fords are shitty built kinna cheap peices chevys are built better and dodges i dunno bout hondas not to familiar wit em.
I drive a chevy and i like fords just fine. and now that i think about it i drove a couple of hondas when i was a teen. my dad bought those though. they were 82 and 84 preludes lol. i miss them. i have owned 3 fords as well all very different, a 80something ford escort wagon, a 97 i think ford taurus and a 2000ish expedition. anyway i wanted to downsize from my expedition, but not too much so i now have a chevy equinox that i really like, but my 6'5" husband is very squished when he rides shotgun, i miss my expedition for that reason and that we had another baby making 3 so we're kind of tight. anyway sorry that was so long. i still like fords that is the jist of my answer.Why do people that drive Chevys and Honda dont like Ford??
I never really noticed that it was just those of the Chevy and Honda faith... I think that if you talk to anyone who actually HATES a certain make of vehicle , you will find that it is all a "mind game" or a "status" thing where "all my buddies hate fords therefore I MUST hate fords." .. I actually don't mind any car that runs well and is dependable .... Ford, Chevy and Mopar all fit that description in one way or another, and the imports Honda, Toyota,Nissan, Mitsubishi.. to name a few all fit it in there way also...
As far as racing goes... there is a lot to be said for a Honda civic that runs low 10's on boost and bottle... just as there is a lot to be said for a Mustang that runs low 10's on raw motor...

I think what makes people hate people hate other brands is the way that those people act. Ford guys act like they drive the best vehicles in the world, and so do Chevy, Dodge, and worst of all Honda and toyota(in my opinion) In my experience, people with Hondas and Toyotas are smug and pompous assholes that think they are either saving the world with their car or driving the fastest car on the streets. While all brands have their strong points, the whole my car is better than your car argument is very similar to sports teams. You drive what your dad did, and root for them through thick and thin. And last I checked overall, the only people that truly prefer fords are the ones driving them.
