I have a 02 Tahoe and what to change the engine out to 6.6 Duramax and the transmisson to something stronger. I want to know where i can find a engine and if it would fit...plus what kind of transmisson would handle off road (not bad off road) but off road. Can it happen?How know about Chevys?

Bien, did yo know about turning up the "pump" on a deisel and remapping the computer will 'up" the hp on it? They do it to semis all the time, and I've seen the computer "chips " in 4 Wheelin' magazines. Now a days they're is so much you can do electronically it is hard to keep up with all of it. Good luck, and save yourself a lot of 'headache trying to change it back to gasoline
