Not authentic, Mexican food for American palates, weak premixed margaritas. About the only thing they have going for them is great chips and salsa and fresh tortillas.
All that being said, it is an ok place for a party because they have a huge menu, large portions and are so loud already that one more party will be hardly noticable.Chevys resturante good or bad?
I think it'd be okay for a party- order a few appetizers and a few drinks for everyone. I'd stay away from ordering entrees for each person- it's a lot of food. Kind of a good place to have a loud, rowdy party... I say yes to Chevy's.Chevys resturante good or bad?
It is a pretty decent chain.

it's ok. But a party would be nice.
It's a chain rest. if you like chillis- you'll like Chevy's.
its decent, not great, not horrible. nothing that a few drinks wouldnt cure though.
