Wow! This one is like crazy hard. There are little hints in about 5-6 hits on Google that there was a country song that had some of Clapton's "57 Chevy" lyrics in it. Most seem to think it was a group of young men - like almost teenagers. There's even been 2-3 people ask this question on Answers! and not get a correct response. Some of the lyrics apparently were “I get off on 57 Chevy's I get off on fiddles and guitars… I'm just a country boy I've got a country boy's heart.” I'm leaving the links I found to other people asking but so, far, it looks as if in all of Google, no one's gotten an answer! Amazing. Lots of people asking but no one getting the right answer, yet! See the links below. cmt.com has a lyrics request from snippet. If anyone would be able to scrounge it up, it should be them!
