Found a tampon in my bowl of chips at chevys?

We had our new years eve dinner at chevy's, and as we were munching on the free bowl of chips, we found a tampon covered in blood right at the bottom. It was the worst dining experience I have ever experienced.



I am just currious if anybody has ever had this same experience of getting something really disgusting in their food. What would you do if this happened to you.Found a tampon in my bowl of chips at chevys?

Omg thats absolutely disgusting! I would have definately spoken to the manager about it and would probably go get examined by a doctor to make sure nothing from that nasty thing was passed on to you....

Oh My Gosh! Thats so gross! Thats absolutelly discusting, and I would probably talk to the MANAGER asap, and i would also take some test to make sure no disesases got passed on to you! I did once get some of that paper used to absorb blood from meat, mixed up inside a hamburger patty. And a cigarette butt in a tossed salad. I was a child at the time, and so didn't find it as disgusting as an adult would.

I would immediately report it to the waiter and manager. Oh, how awful. I have eaten there and happy that nothing like this has ever happened. I truly love their chips and salsa. If I eat there again, I will check the bottom of the chip basket first. I am very sorry it happened to you. Thanks for sharing. I hope that you were overly compensated for this horrible dining experience. As for something disgusting in my food, I have only found hair on a couple of rare occasions. (Not at Chevy's) It was unpleasant and I understand that it is considered a serious issue by the board of health.

Call the board of health in that state / town.



Take it to a lab to have it analyzed.



Go to a doctor to get tested for diseases transmitted via blood.



Write down everything that happened - a minute by minute write up of everyrhing that occurred.



Don't talk to people at the restaurant - only talk to your lawyer.

1 time I order a huge bowl of noodles soup, found a paper napkin all wrap up like wonton . seems like the cook had a cold blow his nose with and throw in my bowl of noodles. lots shiity restaurant, just like auto repair
