Why do Cubans drive old Chevys from the 50s? Why don't they import cars from other countries?

I know they trade with a lot of countries even with the US embargo in effect. So why don't they trade for cars from all these other places?Why do Cubans drive old Chevys from the 50s? Why don't they import cars from other countries?
