Why do Dodge trucks always whoop on fords and chevys?

Its because Dodge, as part of Chrysler group, shares some of the kicka-ss heritage of the first series WW2 army Jeeps, the Humvee of its time, built by (you guessed it), Jeep. What do you expect from a maker of trucks so sure of their toughness they can stick an emblem of a ram on the trucks they build, without anyone laughing and snickering? Dodge trucks are bada-ss, they are built better to start and hold up mechanically far longer than Ford trucks or Chevy pickups. The problem with Fords are that although normally the major stuff (engine/trans./drivetrain) hold up, its the lesser things (electrical, pumps/filters/switches) constantly breaking down that make them crappy, and with Chevy trucks, they too are somewhat sturdier than a Ford, but when they start to run bad, you can't keep them in new parts fast enough, with the GM cars I've had I swear that once I replaced on little part it would send a signal to some other system on the car to fail on me, over and over and over.Why do Dodge trucks always whoop on fords and chevys?

They don't, Goober. Ford is the best selling pickup in the country, and has been for more than 30 years. Chevy/GMC is second, and Dodge is dead last. Bringing back the Hemi IS going to help them, though.Why do Dodge trucks always whoop on fords and chevys?
I've been working on vehicles for twenty years in paint and body. Dodge seems to be ahead in the power department but they are also first to fall apart. I'm not being critical of mopars just stating what I notice in the repair dept.Why do Dodge trucks always whoop on fords and chevys?
